CYO Fall Registrations is open from May 2 until June 2
Registration Fee:
Boys Tackle Football (Grade 5-8) $120.00
Girls Volleyball (Grade 3-8) $95.00
Girls Cheerleading (Grade 4-8) $50.00

Boys & girls Cross Country Contact St. Raphael's.

Also Print, Fill out, and turn into St. Joseph's CYO Drop Box by gym doors.
-Current physical form (Good for 13 Months)
-Emergency Medical Authorization Form
-Eligibility Request Form(ERF) (Signed by players from other parishes)

A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND AS YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS: Please fill out ALL of the fields in the form as completely as possible - including athlete eligibility, parish, school and physical date. And make sure that the physical exam date is current and meets the eligibility requirement for participation.
